I kind of reached my goal.. I managed to stay up till like 7:15 yesterday and then woke up at 12, and then dozed in and out of sleep till about 5:30 AM, to which I couldn’t because I felt too awake. I am typing this as of 7 AM and I feel fine, I think my schedule is fixed.
